Hello from Cuckoo Meadow Pre-School! This term the children have been learning all about the Tiger who came to Tea with roar-some masks, role play and colourful painting. As the weather has improved we have been spending more and more time outside and in the park, enjoying every moment of Spring that we can. On the wetter days we have been learning about rainbow fish, baking delicious biscuits all made and iced by the children. And of course we all raised money and donned our noses for Red Nose Day which was enormous fun. In April we will have an Easter break of two weeks (after lots of egg-cellent games) before throwing ourselves into summer fun – the children and our devoted teachers cannot wait!! Having a clear out? Do drop any donations at Cuckoo Meadow during opening hours by the garage door – and let us know you’ve done so. 19th April is the deadline for receiving clothing, paired shoes, handbags, belts and accessories. Bag 2 School will weigh our donations and money goes straight back into the Pre-School for new equipment and toys for the children. We are still crossing our fingers for that water table!
