Keep-in-touch bulletin w/e 16th May

We hope you’ve all enjoyed the glorious weather this weekend. Here’s to more of the same this week.

This week in pre-school

This week the children enjoyed planting sunflowers. They can now look forward to seeing how high they grow and whose flower reaches highest. They also planted some broad beans which staff have now placed in different areas of the pre-school to see where they grow best.

Continuing the nature theme, there was a delivery of caterpillars this week so the children can look forward to keeping a watchful eye on them and recording the changes as they develop and grow.

Fun Toddle

The sponsorship forms for this year’s Fun Toddle have been distributed. Your support in raising much needed funds is greatly appreciated.

Water bottles

Please do remember to send your child to pre-school with a refreshed water bottle each day. This is clearly particularly important while we are enjoying such fine weather.

Thursday

A final reminder that pre-school will be closed in Thursday this week owing to local elections taking place in the pavilion. It will be business as usual on Friday though.

Have a great week!
